Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a lack of basic room amenities such as a microwave, which made it inconvenient when I needed to warm up food. the room was not thoroughly checked prior to my stay, as there were items left in the reach-in. Lastly, the sound insulation is poor. I could overhear conversations from adjacent rooms.

the breakfast was absolutely terrible, only a mini buffet and I had to beg for a birthday cake that never showed up. also, the majority of the male staff were less than helpful, and I really expected a warm welcome gift as compensation for the inconvenience. if only I could have given a good review, but I just couldn't.
